Hey u all. this is my workout schedule:
monday: chest, triceps, shoulders
tuesday:biceps, back, legs
wednesday
FF
Thursday:Chest, triceps, shoulders
Friday:Biceps, back, legs
Saturday:Upper chest, triceps, shoulders
Im doing my chest, triceps and shoudlers 3 times a week but i never feel sore. Even then, could i still be overtraining? I drink protein shakes and take in a lot of protein.
