Yes, I finally decided to register a user name after perusing these forums for many months...I decided I could certainly benefit from access to Emma's knowledge (as well as many others)...

Anyway, my question is regarding dividing one's diet into P&C and P&F meals, because I have difficulty doing so. My question is how important is this type of eating regimen, if important at all? Is having fat and carbs in the same meal a crime, or is keeping them separate a form of micromanagement?

How important is it - nutrition voodoo... Doesn't help, no point, stupid mumbo-jumbo psuedo-science! :p

The only meals in which it is of benefit to seperate your carbs and your fats is in the meals directly prior to workouts (less than 60 minutes) and your PWO shake (and this is due to absorption speed issues - not for any other reason).

Eat up - it is not a problem! :)
