Started the cycle. How does the Power week look?

Monday:
3x 6,5,5 Incline Bench
3x5 Dumbell bench
3X 6,5,4 Standing Military
2x6 weighted dips
2x6 lateral raises
2x6 upright row
2x6 Dumbell flies
Tuesday:
3x6,5,5 atg squat
2x6 weighted hyperextension
3x6 Leg extension
3x6 leg curls
2x6 lunges
Wednesday: Rest
Thurs:
3x6 Hammer Curls
3x6 Curls
3x5 preacher curl
2x6 Tricep pulldown
2x6 Skullcrushers
2x6 close grip bench

I am doing abs on Monday and Thurs and calves on tuesday and Friday.
And next week when I do RR is it good to switch up type of exercises?

What you are doing is fine, although I would do the weighted dips before the military presses on Mondays, and I would leave the hyperextensions for last on Tuesdays. Also on Mondays, I would do the flyes right after the dips and before the militaries.

For RR week you can use the exact same exercises or you can switch a few. That's up to you. Just follow the principals of the program.

Question: Where are the back exercises?

Good question.

I would also get a "heavier" movement to work your posterior chain in there too.

Ah, you forgot to include that in your original list. Deadlifts fulfill the suggestion I was making.
