Normally, I get some sore from weight lifting and those sore do not last long. It's just only 1-2 days and it'll disappear.

But last two months I got an accident at my tendon at left wrist and it's real pain. This pain carry over until now and it's not disappear.

Now, I can twist my wrist and can use it without any problem except that if I fling my hand.. the pain is recur.

Then, I stop workout immediatly about 1 month but I perform a little bench press. Then, I switch to military press for my shoulder.

Unfortunatly, now I feel hurt at my shoulder at the top of my back near the neck at the left side of my body. It's about 2 days until now and I feel pain and it's not relief yet.

I would like to ask you guys here, are there any method to decrease the pain faster? or I have to stop do anything and wait until I feel no pain then I can back to perform workout again. need help please...

Take some aspirin/acetaminiophen/ibuprofen for some temporary relief from the pain and get to a doctor for a professional opinion....don't mix aspirin and ibuprofen.

I CONCUR!

Does Diclofenac Sodium 25 mg, 3 tablet daily should help?

I go to see doctor and he give me this medicine. I ate it about 10 days but I still feel pain. Does this medicine work?

I familiar this medicine as the same as Voltaren Emulgel used.

need comments please,

Voltaren is the brand name for Diclofenac Sodium (generic name). Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (much like aspirin/ibprofen). It is used most often to treat and relieve the symptoms of rhematoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitits.

How many dose I should take?

Now I take 25 mg after meal, 3 times daily for Diclofenac Sodium 25 mg.

How long my should, my wrist get better? any specific period, please?

I can't suggest anything when it comes to drugs and dosing...that's for your doctor....Your wrist should heal up soon...I wish I could tell you exactly how long before it heals but I can't...

Hope ya get well soon.

yeah i agree ya gotta see a sports doctor and take some temporary pills to lessen the pain. the shoulder thing could be caused by flexibility issues. make sure you get a good warm up for that vital shoulder joint with some dynamic stretching and/or light sets to get the blood flow and improve range of motion

All former Paratroopers have aches and pains that will never go away, and seem to have no exact Genesis, except for hitting the Earth at about 30 feet per second, and doing it...oh ....say a 100 times.
Its part of aging even for you youngun's
If it hurts....don't do it, or at least not as much
FUCK Ibuprofen....period...yes it works for awhile, but the dose it takes is huge, and you will build up an immunity, its tough on your liver, and it inhibits protein synthesis

Say yes to ASPIRIN, and save the IBU for the real pain.

You have to have some pain to heal tendons and joints, that pain ( and heat and swelling) is a signal that you are healing. If you circumvent it with Ibuprofen, The Leukocytes and all the other growth that is going on are inhibited, and the injury never fully heals. Yes it feels better , but its weaker when it heals.
Its important to learn whats Pain and whats an Injury. The two are not the same thing.
Good luck and be positive

Tape those wrists....4 or 5 tight turns....makes an enormous difference in support for the joint and tendon.

Thanks very much Erik, Boone and Madden Player.

I will tape my wrist. But I can't find your medicine in my country. I had see doctor and he gave me only diclofenac/paracetamol. I will wait and keep my wrist safe. Maybe my wrist will heal soon.

Thanks very much again.
