While recently working out on the Pec Dec i hurtmy neck pretty bad, severe shooting pain in the head also; the headaches lasted 2 weeks. Does anyone know the cause and if I can prevent this in the future. I'm going to the gym after work tonight, my neck is still a bit tight, shall i skip this workout?
