So I'm starting to really feel the effects of years of heavy training on my joints and tendons. I've started running some deca at 300 mg a week to get a little lubrication. I'm wondering what else everyone likes to use for pain? I dont really want To get on the perks or anything too hard on the guts. Any suggestions would be great if its OTC or something from a sponsor or alternative online pharm. Thanks guys!
It sucks... I know. I've taken 10-14 days off twice in the past 4 months. The first time was at week 12 of a 13 week cycle of Test/Deca/D-Bol (with D-bol finishing out the last 5 weeks). My gains were pretty big and I felt like a coupla more weeks of volume and I would have been happy. It still turned out good...
Take the time off. It helps.

Supper Cissus
8-10g Fish oil/ED
I used to take glucosomine/chondroitin, but I ran out and realized it didn't help me enough to continue taking it. It seems like the Super Cissus really works.
