I have been experiencing some pain below the right rib, kinda feels on the upper left of the abdomen. It's internal and I can only feel it when I walk. It feels like a very stretched muscle -or could it be my kidney?!-
I have made some changes to my diet as I have stopped losing weight -dropped from 244 to 215 in about 3 months-..
Monday, I walked in the forest 4 hours.. Liked the place, went again next day (as I'm a photographer).. On the way back, this strong pain keeps persisting as I walked..
I'm thinking, a stretched muscle cause I'm exhausted/losing weight?
OR... Could it be my supplements? (which I hope not)
I take a multivitamin once in the morning with a small bottle of water, don't like to eat in the morning, 30 mins later a coffee at school, a couple hours later, food.. Tuna Sandwich or subway,.. When I get back home, I hit the treadmill or just go walking, jogging or hiking, then I take a 1.5 scoop syntha-6 and drink it slowly.. couple hour later I eat a grilled chicken sandwich or a chicken salad..
*I have been taking hydroxycut (less than a bottle in 3 months, stopped when I heard they're shot).. I take redline most of the time, did not even finish the bottle..
Could it be muscle fatigue? Kidney stone cause of the vitamins/protien?
I can't walk 600 feet now :S
