For those of you who are kicking ass lately, tell us about it!! Don't be shy now...

Personally, I have been doing GREAT the last few months, and I am proud of that. I've been lifting four times a week, and riding one or two times a week on top of that. I've had to tighten my belt THREE HOLES over the last two months!! Funny, because you can see the old lines on the belt. I've been weighing myself too, and I am not losing any weight. Makes me think I am doing something right. Joining the new gym has helped me find a new dedication too.

Feeling GOOOOOD!!!

Good stuff Baboon! This offseason I have raised my bodyweight from 230 at 10 % bodyfat to 240 at 10 % bodyfat. Can't wait to compete in 2002. In January I will begin to diet down to my contest weight of 210 at 3% BF.

I've been experimenting with some "old school" training lately with great results.I'm working on modified versions of the old York weightlifting routines from the 1950's where the goal was to build "functional" strength. All my lifts have been going up and I'm slowly gaining bodyweight each week.

Cool stuff ballast!

My strength has increased tremendously since my Strength Coach changed my program from a bbing one to a strength training program!!! :thumb:

Prince...stop having sex in those weird positions and you'll be okay ;)

A certain someone on this board has been helping me out. I had this block where i couldnt get over 245 for 6 on the bench press. Since a 2 1/2 month of doing what this person said I have went from doing the 245 for 6 I have gotten 285 for 6 easy. My goal is 300 for 6 I think I can do it. As for the rest of my lifts I did 1025 on the leg press the other day for 4 almost 5 but not enough. BUt that was after a full press workout. My Tricep Skull Crushers I can now get 150 for 6 my last set and the 120 for 10 on the over head extensions (100 is what it was). DB shoulder presses i can get 95 for 6 now. My upright rows have risen from 115 to 175. My squats are not to great just at 350 for 8 (i laid off them for a while my form was going to shit so i went back down and started over again) I dead lifted 400 for almost 5 last week. Oh yeah my incline dumbell press are up to 100's for 6 to 8 depends on the day im having (this is after my flat bech sets).

I dont see any stoping me other than the fact sometime soon I think this person is going to have me cutting and most likely all these will most likely to go down.

As for body weight Im up to 224 fro 195 when i started this. ( i think i still have a month to go) as for body fat , i have know idea, I can see my abs all but the bottom one but i can see them good in the morning but not before i go to bed( weird huh). The only areas i see the fat is in the lower abs, love handles, and the top of my ass. a little under the arms pec area.

The only thing i dont like about the whole thing is the stretch marks. But i like that feeling i get when i have to give my clothes to my dad because the dont feel comfortable anymore.

Ever thing is going good though. I wish my arms would do alittle better but i just need to concentrate on them better when i do them.

I that enough?????

Holy shit Mule, I always thought you were just a little dork, I didn't realize you actually worked out :D Just kidding ;) That's sounds awesome, keep up the good work! :thumb:

Yeah, why is he keeping it a secret?? The selfish bastard. :D :D

Well, I know who it is, but I'm not telling.....;)

Damn Mule, I have to say i am impressed. Sounds like you have been working your ass off. I am all the more impress by the fact that you are still in school and have a ton of other stuff going on.

From the stats you gave, it sounds like you have gotten huge. If we run into each other at the Arnold Classic this spring you are going to make me look like a scrawney little puke. Not that i am that far away from it now.

Keep up the good work man.

That has got to be one of the coolest feelings in the world. Arent to many things better than having to tighten the belt loop by a notch after working your ass off.

Keep up the good work Baboon.

Thanks!! Yeah, it's a cool feeling, although I didn't realize I had that much fat to lose.

An even better feeling is not being able to wear my dress shirts from five years ago. I can barely get my arms into them, and I can not button the top THREE buttons! Unfortunately, the same goes for my five suits. That's about $2000 down the crapper.

Well I would say who it is but i dont want them to get a big head!

As for my size I dont see it but some people tell me that im growing mostly in the chest and shoulder area.

:tomato: Feel free to start one!

Started going back to the gym on Sept.11 (of all dates) and since then, I've increased my benching weight by 100 pounds.

And just recently started losing my gut since going on this "eat lots of protein 4 times a day diet"

woohoo.

I'm feeling good.

:D
