FOX News is reporting that actor Paul Newman has privately turned over the entire value of his ownership in Newmanâ??????s Own â?????? the popular salad dressing and foodstuffs company â?????? to his charitable Newmanâ??????s Own Foundation. Occurring during a two-year period between 2005-2006, the amount of the donation is said to be somewhere around $120 million
 
Probably wanted the tax deductions for some other big financial move. NO ONE IS THAT ALTRUISTIC.

He's 80 years old and he recently had a battle with lung cancer....I doubt he was planning on investing on a 401k plan.....

He has given every cent beyond expenses from his company, Newman's Own, to charity since 1982. For a sum of 200 million or so.

Added to that is that he gave away his company 2 years ago and we're just hearing about it now.
 
Exactly, Paul has always been generous.

He is one of a kind...at least we have the likes of Paris Hilton...
