I am super careful in all my form. If something doesn't feel natural, the way a joint rotates or even the delayed soarness is more painful, I change or stop whatever it was I was doing. Just last week my dad had me moving some heavy stuff and I was angry b/c he was rushing and all I could think was "Gosh I don't need to be out of commission for weeks for this". Same goes with training. I use heavy weights but nothing that is risking keeping me away from my training.
