PCT for sustanon 350 first cycle

A lot of great stuff guys. Thanks kaptinkrunch, big Ronnie and Johnson. So some would suggest running nolvaldex throughout cycle at 20 mgs per day. Is this ok or go 40mgs then ween down to 20. Pct then would be clomid: 300mg on day 1; then use 100mg for the next 10 days; followed by 50mg for 10 days. Would I need to continue with nolvaldex during pct as well?

I'm 32 yrs old. 6'5 and between 210-215 lbs. Bf is 18%. diet is very clean 8 meals a day. Just looking to put on about 15 lbs of muscle without much fat. I was basically given Sus 350 very cheaply from one of my buddies along with nolvadex. I'm not starting it until I get an AI. Preferably aromasin. Plan is to do 2 injections a wk for 10 wks on Monday and thurs. Pct will be 2 wks after last inj clomid and nolva.

Also been lifting off and on most of my life. Been in military for 8 yrs so basically pretty fit. Currently workin out 6 days a wk moderate to heavy weights.
