PCT/SERM for methadrol stack

So I going to start the methadrol extreme stack and it includes pct but I want to add a SERM also.I'm thinking nolva,this way during if tits start to tingle I can add it too.

So my question is when do I start taking it providing I follow the instructions for the stack and how much?

Run the nolva at 20mg/ed if you start to see any signs of gyno. Puffiness, sensitivity, etc.

you could actully start it right away. it is an AI and will help keep your gainds during pct. Because it is just Methadrol you coulkd get away with it or if you want grab some clomid.

I personally never had any gyno issues with Methadrol the two times I ran it.
It was all the other shit that did me in lol.
Better safe than sorry though.
