Hi, I cannot stand the taste of cottage cheese and have tried spicing it up with fruits and such but i still find I gag when I eat it.. so I am looking for alternatives to slow down the rate of protein absorption at night
on this forum i found that peanut butter or whipped cream works.. do i have to mix this in the shake? or can i eat the peanut butter first, and then drink my shake? Also, how much peanut butter is needed for 2 scoops of ON 100% whey protein?
