peanut butter + protein shake

Hi, I cannot stand the taste of cottage cheese and have tried spicing it up with fruits and such but i still find I gag when I eat it.. so I am looking for alternatives to slow down the rate of protein absorption at night

on this forum i found that peanut butter or whipped cream works.. do i have to mix this in the shake? or can i eat the peanut butter first, and then drink my shake? Also, how much peanut butter is needed for 2 scoops of ON 100% whey protein?
 
i don't think it matters if you eat the PB separate from your shake... as far as i know it's just a source of fat to help slow down digestion so you stay full for longer... i mix it in with my shakes and it tastes heavenly (natural sugar free PB of course!)

i usually mix 6 oz of 1% milk and 6 oz of water into a blender with 2 scoops of whey protein powder, about 1 table spoon of PB, 1/4 cup of oats (not always) and a couple ice cubes...
 
p.s. i can't stand cottage cheese either... tastes like shite!
 
I like cottage cheese with natural peanut butter but not any other way. For my shake I use six frozen strawberry's, 6 oz. skim milk, around 10-12 oz. water, 1 1/2 tbs. natural PB, 1 1/2 scoops american whey vanilla powder, 1 tsp. glutamine. Some people choke down their shakes but I look forward to mine everyday. Best shake ever.

my shakes always taste like a cheat meal :)
 
Too bad you guys hate cottage cheese, i eat the shit everyday. FF cottage cheese mixed with fruit, applesauce or whatever, to me it tastes like a cheat meal....
