I need a good like already prepared meal that i can just heat up in my skools microwave cuz if not i pretty much go hungry to the gym and till i get home and get a protein shake in. I heard that the kirkland canned chicken breasts are good and but they only sell them in costcos and theres not a costco around me. I was thinking of perdue and i came across this

PERDUE® Fully Cooked Products
or
PERDUE® Fully Cooked Products

this is good right, i mean not too much fat, good protein, not too high cals and sugar is not too high (besides that first one), so wats the verdict?

I would prepare a meal before hand. What is the difference if you prepare it or if it's some pre-packaged product? Just make it the night before, freeze it, and bring it.

look man, im not trying to sound rude or anything, but that was not my question, i just wanna know if its good or not

I'd avoid it personally. Have you considered a shake before hand instead?

Listen here young buck, I gave you an alternative. That shit you posted is crap. Just throw preservatives and salt down your throat, you'll get the same results.

Perdue is shit. It even looks like shit if you put it side by side with a good piece of chicken.
