perfect diet is getting close

**BMR is currently 2800cal/day** (currently 195 lb)
todays intake (pretty accurate)
TOTAL cal: 1704.8 (need to get near 2300cal/day to lose 1lb/week in theory)
pro: 94.4g (need to get near my body weight (170-200g/day)
carb: 216.2g (not sure)
fat: 41.1g (good I guess)

How far off are the comments I have added? and can someone help me, I know I can make the cal's, but protein is hard. What about fat's and carbs? I do have whey currently, just taking one serving on workout days..(that **** is kinda expensive)

Well, you answered my first response, calorie intake a bit low. You don't want to lose more than one pound per week.

Protein is too low, and carbs are too high. Unless you increase the protein, then the carbs would be more in line.

Damn, lowering the carbs would be rather hard to do, actually extremely hard and then I wouldn't have energy for lifting correct?
Well I guess I'll work on the protein somehow...Oh yeah, limiting my protein that low will just not allow me to grow to full potential?
