**BMR is currently 2800cal/day** (currently 195 lb)
todays intake (pretty accurate)
TOTAL cal: 1704.8 (need to get near 2300cal/day to lose 1lb/week in theory)
pro: 94.4g (need to get near my body weight (170-200g/day)
carb: 216.2g (not sure)
fat: 41.1g (good I guess)
How far off are the comments I have added? and can someone help me, I know I can make the cal's, but protein is hard. What about fat's and carbs? I do have whey currently, just taking one serving on workout days..(that **** is kinda expensive)
