17 years training, 14 years competing, 12 years personal training, 10 years contest prep/posing coach, moderator on 3 sites, published bodybuilding writer, etc.

With all of the formal learning above, the best education has been EXPERIENCE...NO DOUBT. What I have learned on my own through massive amounts of observation, trouble shooting, and experimentation has taught me more than anything else.

Good God there gopro! With all that experience and education do you do seminars etc?? That's VERY impressive!

Thanks buddy. Yeah I've done several local ones, but soon I think I'll be doing more, and larger ones.

Go Pro, when you say large do you mean like hundreds of people?
That is impressive if you can get that many peopole out to a seminar.

Well, it wouldn't really be ME that would get that many people. I may be a representative for a big supplement company very soon that will be holding seminars that are pretty large. I would be a speaker, but not really the attraction. Although, hopefully one day I can have a "name" big enough to draw hundreds on my own!

Ooops, didn't see this up until now..

I'm licensed through the Swedish Personal Training School, a very well respected school over here. I'm also a member of the Swedish Personal Trainer Association.
To get the license we had classes from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for 14 days, then we took a test about 2 weeks later which only 1/5 usaully pass..
In september I'll start studying for my degree in Human Health Science at the University.. I'm very excited!
