I have recently turned 36 and have been training for well over 10 years. When I started I topped the scales at roughly 11stone (154lb) I am now up to 13stone 7 (189lb) but I have been at this weight for about 2 years now. My diet is fairly good and I get 180 to 200g of protein a day, I eat nuts like there is no tomorrow and take fish oil daily. I take creatine and l'glutamine every morning and post workout (along with 40g of protein + 20g glucose/ 20g maltodextrin). But whenever I try to bulk the biggest effect is on my waist line.
I think I have reached my natural potential and am looking to use prohormones to gain some extra size. I am looking at h drol as a first cycle with all the relevant cycle assist and post cycle support.
I was just looking for a little advise and support as I have never delved into such substances in the past.
Any advise would be greatly received.
