forgot to add oatmeal in the morning..and oatmeal in my shake after workout...but there is a no carb day..which in case this would be that. And fruits are not complex carbs????

No, fruits are evil. There are some that you might eat because of the good nutrients. There is a thread here about fruits on cutting.

fruits contain simple sugars...complex carbs are foods like oats, beans, rice, lentils, etc..

im carb cycling. So one day I have complex carbs included in 3 of the 6 meals...second day i have 2 meals including them and third day i have none..then repeat

i copied paste that plan..should of deleted most of the fruits. sorry . Replace the fruits with oats, brown rice, etc right LAM??

yes...remember that a high fiber diet helps to further increase insulin sensitivity. the less insulin that you body has to secrete means to get the job done means a lower chance of fat storage. controlling insulin is the key to weight loss and weight gain...

vegtables are a complex carb no?

if he is on an extreme cut he should not want any beans or rice, oats and vegtables would be a better option as they have lower GI's

most vegetables contain very little carbs and the ones that do are all simple sugars...

vegetables are consumed for the vitamins and minerals and some for the small amounts of fiber that they contain...

im sorry..brown rice has high GI??? i mostly eat oats anyhow but just curious...and btw Carrots have pretty high carbs it think

3.5 oz of carrots is about 8-10 grams of carbs

Brown rice is healthy. Eat up.

As a general rule, fruit should be avoided while cutting. I had one serving of fruit per day while I was cutting, and that was at breakfast (A time when blood sugar is lower than the rest of the day). It was usually OJ or AJ that I could mix brewer's yeast in. Whole fruits are better, but I needed a mixing agent.

If you want to get to really low bodyfat levels (I stuck to a modest 9-11%), then you might have to cut out fruits entirely.
