cut down on the protein shakes, eating allot more clean food. dont have the diet completly under control but hoping just to put on some serious size. oh yeah my legs suck. but i might through in a pic sometime soon. let me know what you think. plus any tips on good ab work outs, and explain a work out split to me. (never understood..?)
