Very true. I don't like trying new excercises, due to the fact that I'm not sure about the form. CG bench does look like fun though, I suppose I'll try em out. I do dips though, just not weighted.
Like with all exercises, just start really light. Start with the bar, and only increase weight when you feel comfortable. It's essentially the same as a bench press, except your elbows are totally tucked at your sides...
