Hi everyone-
Over the weekend, I ran my annual 5k - paced at 7:45ish miles and finished 3rd for Women's 24-29. When I went on stage to get my medal, I was the
only non-skinny runner. Here are a few pics from my fb album []Facebook
- repping bodybuilders, lifters and strength athletes! Let me know what you guys think of the outfit!
Funny thing is, I trained hardcore intervals on the track for 3 weeks, lightened up on my lifting, and did a massive carb-load beforehand in prep - shows
you that running is actually a strength/nutrition-based exercise way more than running 20 miles on the weekend.
