He looks better squattin' 10lb plates ass to the grass then the dumb fuck next to him doing quarter squats with 405. :D
 
when I first started, I squated 10lb plates, with perfect form (ass to grass), now I can squat over 300lbs ass to grass with perfect form...for many reps, no pads, no belts, no knee wraps.

I believe squat is one exercise you MUST MUST MUST keep good form (you have to be flexible too!! so start stretching!!), not only will you be injury free, you will also improve faster.

just make sure you don't put on the 5lb plates :D
