I haven't really seen anything posted on this subject. As I am about to start a new cycle, I've got all my shit in order. And I was looking over the 200+ syringes and 200+ needles that I would be using during this cycle. I always buy the sharp safety containers (usually multiple) ..... But it really got me to thinking, what are the rest of you out there doing with your spent pins? I hope your being responsible and putting them in some kind of sharps container and dropping them off at a proper disposal sight. Most hospitals, clinics and even pharmacies will take them and dispose of them for free. There are also services that you can call and have them picked up for a small fee. Maybe one of the mods can add needle disposal safety to one of the stickies to make some of the newbs and even some regular users aware of the dangers of used needles and proper disposal.

I use empty protein jugs, or coffee containers. Tape them up real good so the lids don't have a chance at coming off, and then write "sharps" on their if I remember to. But I at least always tape them securely...

Why would you ever need more than one pin? you must be doing it wrong.

I throw mine out in Standard Donkey's yard , LOL

I sell em to people to shoot up smack. 10 pins for $1. Makes it seem like I'm helping the environment. Less sharing, more caring

Funny shit guys.....but I really hope your acting somewhat responsible... (why do you need more than one pin.... LOL)

Dump them into an empty plastic laundry detergent container and call it a day. Plus if you need to use 100 pins you should only need 50 syringes because most people you 1 pin to fill and a fresh new one to pin. So it sounds to me like you are going to have a lot of extra syringes.

I throw em in a soda can and twist it up when its full so they can't come back out easily. You can also use a pair of wire cutters and snip the very tip off and bend the needle back on itself just to be safe. Yes you should probably use a real sharps container and drop them off at a disposal place, but that's not always feasible if other people live with you. And many will not do it anyway so at least make sure they're not going to come loose and jab the trash guy or some kid digging for secondhand treasures. You may know you're clean, but the person who may get stuck with it does not and that's a hell of a bad feeling if you're in their shoes.

I got retractable pins and all the regular ones I've used in the past have a plastic cover that snaps back on after I finish with it. I just throw them in with the regular trash. Guess I should be more responsible though.

^^ Yeah I do the same ^^ I just recap them with the covers that come on them throw em in the trash can .

Protein jugs and ducktape. The only day I got pulled over and searched would be the day I'm hauling 100 used syringes somewhere "responsibly". Fuck that. Shouldn't be digging through my trash anyway.

This is what I use as well.

Do people really not use sharps boxes?
They're like an extra £2 when you buy your needles, and then there is no way someone could accidentally pick up your used sharps. Cannot think of a worse way for someone to spend their day than in hospital checking to see if they've got HIV or any other infections because they were unfortunate enough to pick up a trash bag with needles in them.

Are you a trash man? Just wondering because of you elevated concern. Had a friend of mine a long time ago that worked for the trash company and he got stuck by a pin and he was not a happy camper. Everything turned out to be fine but I am sure it was no walk in the park. Plus I think he had to go back months later to retest or something like that. Needless to say he was on pins and needles...lol

Off topic and I am not trying to hi jack the thread but any of you guys use the pins that are spring loaded ? You pin your self and release the trigger and it injects for you when your done it re tracks back into it self Like big D said.

I usually running on the "razors edge" full of tren, so after I stick I just chew them up real good... who needs halo preworkout! Tren will take care of everything!

I know this has been fun, but honestly I just put mine in the damn trash can. Ofcourse I put the pin safty cap back on it but i really do throw mine in the trash in my bathroom. I mean what can they do?

Don't they sell red canisters for sharps at Walgreens and CVS?

Also if you chunk them in the trash and the "law" is after you, then all they have to do is rip open the bags and....bam.

Add a bottle of gorilla glue to a sharps container filled with used pins and throw it out.

I would hate that. I am extremely deliberate when I inject. It literally takes me about a minute per mL.
