pin head size lump under nipple

woke this morning with small pin head size lump under one nipple.
it isnt itchy or anything but a little painfull when i press it.

i am running test cyp 400mg and am into nearly my forth week.
i have been running adex 0.25mg every three days.
So what should i do? increase adex to every other day or 0.5mg every three days, i also have nolva which i could run, maybe 20mg every day?

If it were me, I'd bump the adex up to .5 to 1 mg Ed, until I either got bloodwork to confirm a low to normal estradiol level, or until I starting getting low estradiol symptoms. Id also start 20 mg of nolva asap until estradiol levels are back in the male range.

bump your adex and dose some nolva for a few days just to stop any growth that might be occuring

Yep good advise. I was in the same boat last week. Currently on 20 mg Nolva and 1 mg Adex every day. My Adex is not that great but I will be trying MusclePup's Adex this week.

Already been said but I'd bump the dex and start the nolva at 20mgs ed untill it goess away and then return to your lesser dose of dex and keep the nolva at 10mgs ed for the remainder of the run.

You need more adex than that. .5 ED, at least until symptoms disappear.

It's common for guys to not take enough AI. I've had my estradiol get up to 174, but luckily I didn't get any gyno from it.

ok the lump magically dissapeared last night. so im going to reduce my ai to every third day,0.5 mg any suggestions on the nolva im taking 20mg a day?
