seems to be common, the site saying waiting to be picked up and what not, that only means there busy filling n shipping orders and not much time for updating! just go easy and stop watching the mailbox, its naps which means its comming! use this time to stock up on protien or design some supersets, or research some new tech you may want to incorporate into your workout. hes g2g no worries. sometimes its super fast sometimes its slow, post offices suck and we know this when we order. be cool, your fine !

Exactly my point of view.. the way I see it is, I might get it fast or it might just take longer, it's really out of my hands, but I know I'm gonna get my goddies and I know is gonna be excellent grade.. Naps always delivers !
 
I've noticed my ticker been saying 8days now for the past week? What's up with that? Anyone else?
 
Ok now I'm getting nervous.. theres been no response to any emails I've sent. I put in ticket even and nothing.. ticker is gone now and still nothing. I'm at a loss here seen as I get no response from naps.. I'm hoping it was shipped as they say they did. An email reply would be appreciated. I've gotten more responses and return emails from biogen but just refuse to use there sruff from the reviews.. but naps, come on.. just little customer service goes a long way.. just some reassurance saying its on it way would make people feel at ease.. going into week five guess all I can do is wait. I'm gonna send a ticket each day till I get a response at this point..
 
yea they wont reship since its moving still, but the tracking number just made me really happy 5 minutes ago. Patience is semi restored

now would be a good time to PM a rep. GXR64 is a great guy and will help you. Keep in mind though, he is busy and might not get to your PM the same day. Give him up to 3 days...hell with this being the weekend and a holiday, you should give him till Wednesday to respond.

Making a thread is really the last step. The last resort.

Ideally, if everyone weren't feeling so fucking impatient and entitled these days, they would wait for the ticker to expire (this guy said he had 8 days left and 4 days later he was sending them email. one of those days was a Sunday which isn't counted on the ticker), then they would open a ticket and WAIT for a fucking response. Your one little order isn't the only order they have, and there's 10,000 other impatient assholes all sending emails too.

If there wasn't a response (which there always is in my experience, but w/e) then you PM a fucking rep. This board is crawling with them! No excuses for not knowing who they are as you can find them in any thread in this forum. Oh, then WAIT for the rep to get back to you. Don't send a PM and then make a fucking thread a few hours later the same day like some other asshole did here the other day. Give them a few days. They probably have a PM box full of people asking one thing or another every day, 99% of it useless bullshit. Outside of being reps, I'm sure they have lives too as repping isn't paying the bills.

If you've been ignored for weeks and/or told to fuck off by the company or a rep, feel free to make a thread IMO.

If that process were to be followed every time, there would be no threads about "where's my gear?" "why haven't they answered my emails?"
 
Getting info is what I'm doing. A full week went by with my tickernlstjck on 8 days.. been over a montg now ticker done and still no gear.. I don't care what anyone says, toy all would have concern if it was your cash
 
Now I know many of you guys are Naps supporters, but I'm going to need some light spread on my situation. I have made several attempts to contact Naps and every time I have been responded too! A+ Now I've been waiting for over a month and I received 1 piece/product and that is it. I spent some dough on this order and received 1 product. Now here it is....Should I be concerned? Is this normal? I submitted a ticket and usually get a response within 24 hrs (A+). I was so pumped to get the order and then when I saw all my gear was not in the package, I was so disappointed. WTF, Ugg, sigh, fuck!
 
if you actually did spend ALOT then it was probably broken up into 1-2 maybe even 3 packs.
 
More than likely panther they broke it up into cpl packs. Don't feel bad man I've been waitin longer than u have I do believe naps is legit they haven't screwed me over im sure they wont.
 
I'm passed due on ticker as well sent a few rockets cause it days to contact them and its been two days and no response. I have never heard from anyone in naps on any questions.. so don't know where people said there's customer service were I haven't seen any responses nor any live support.. I'm ordering from a reliable source. Can't wait any longer.. naps is have to say is a major dissapointment

Happens all the time....total order will come in maybe 2 or 3 packs depending on its size - how much time has it been since you got your first piece? It's right around the corner no doubt.... :winkfinger:
