Well I appreciate a response from u but to get ignored by naps and a rep I guess cause there tired of hearing from me but three weeks aftem ky ticker ended and the fact bow I'm moving as the the 1st of the month and don't knoe hoe ill recieved the order I placed. Reason I'm Extrememly pissed. It's now three months later and still nothing. That's all. I don't mind waiting but I'm telling them I'm moving as of Sat and that if its not here this week what happens next? No response

4 months?? I knew they took FOREVER, but you might have broken a record with the 4 month mark. I am sure they have a good excuse for it - they are notorious for their run-arounds......but they DO honor reships. I was a 1 and done Naps customer....just me though - hope it works out

Yes naps pays for banner in here and is a sponsor only reason they get to.get away with ripping people off and taking 4 months to recieved stuff. All I'm saying there other sponsors on here that come threw quicker and has good customer support. I'm upset over the point that I get ignored now cause as gsxr64 states it I ask the same thing over and over. Well when my ticker is up and naps support tells.me to give us another week and contact us back, I do and get no reponse unless I open a new ticket. Then there answer is give it another week. Well I've been doing that for over a month noe since ticker ended. Noe I moving so bot even going to be where they ship what's owed to me. So noe its really screwed up as well as I will never get my order! They don't forward address to change if address for forgien shipments in us.. rarley do they. So I guess I'm totally fucked! I will say this again. Think about it. I guarantee you that EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME you will get farther by keeping your shit off the forums and PMing a rep, to POLITELY explain your plight and appeal to them for the best resolution. They hear all the shit, all the bitching, all the name calling, the accusing...be the guy that sides with them instead of against them.

PM them saying something like, "I know you're busy; I sure am glad I don't have your job; I know you're trying to help a lot of people but you have no control over how fast orders get shipped," and other polite conversations. Then tell them about your order and ask them if they can find out anything or possibly see about getting it reshipped. Be respectful, polite and don't expect a fucking miracle. They do all they can but they are not the ones sitting there with your gear in their hands waiting to ship it.

But they will remember the guy who was cool to them and polite when everyone else was a fucking asshole. I get responses like lightning fucking fast whenever I've had to PM a rep about an order.

I can't fucking understand wtf is wrong with people who think the best solution is to blow the fuck up at people who would otherwise only try to help them, and really have very little control over their situation. But they have the ear of the guys who do have some control (source). And they will tell him, "hey make sure you take good care of this guy, please. Send a reship from the new location right away, and toss in some extra for his trouble." Then that guy gets his reship with extra goodies and a week later his original order comes along behind it.

Honestly I didn't think of trying to contact another rep while gsxr was helping me. But I guess I annoyed him by looking for a response everyweek when I asked l a question. I'm not knocking him at all! He's a great guy and helped me threw this all but, still don't have my stuff and sent him a few one and no response anymore. Just ingnored me. But its cool. Problem I have now is my package, were it may be, will be sent back to naps cause I moved. They do not forward mail from overseas. So now how do I correct this? Or just concider it a loss? I mean I ordered this in April well before I was moving? Gsxr gave me a tracking number but doesn't track packawge yet so guessing until its in the states or goes threw customs I can't track it? These are questions I asked but was ignored about. In pm's..

Honeslty I like naps products I really do and for some of there stuff over other companies, I've seen better results. Just wish they could get there shipping going abit better. As well as customer service. Anyway not here to honeslty complain other then being ignored when all I want is some answers. It's not like I've been waiting 5 or 6 weeks only for this. If you had your mail forwarded, it should come to your new address. The postal service forwards all parcels at their cost, may delay you getting it a bit more, but it should come.
