Please check/critique my diet.

i recently began a new diet aimed at stripping down fat (ripping) while at the same time continuing to gain lean muscle mass. This is the diet i have was suggested to use and have been using it for the past week please let me know what u think.
I weigh 210 pounds and am a 21year old male

Meal 1 - 8 egg whites and 1 egg yoke
150 gram of oats in water

Meal 2 - 50grams of complex carbs
50 grams of whey protin, these are together in a shake

Meal 3 - 80 - 100g of rice & green peas
1 chicken breast
100g cottage cheese

Meal 4 - 80 -100g of pasta
mixed with 2 cans of tuna in spring-water

Meal 5 - (postworkout shake) 40g whey protein
20g of dextrose (for insulin spike)
20g of maltdextrine (complex carb)


Meal 6 - fish (usually salmon)
with broccolli/ carrots/ cauliflower/ beans/ spinach, lettuce/ tomatoe/ cucumber (i usually have 3 or 4 types of the above veggies)


do u think this diet is suitable for my goals? i was told i should aim for around 60gram of protein and 50grams of carbs per meal.

thanks for the website, i just punched in my details and it says im getting around 2100 calories a day
 
Got plenty of protein but the diet looks bland as hell

You aren't going to continue to gain lean mass while getting ripped. Sorry. Pick which one you want.
