I'm on a cutting cycle of Test E, EQ, Tren, and Winny. I'm pretty sure I'm where I need to be with my diet but I'd like to see others opinions first. I'm 220 pounds at around 10% bf.
Workout Day Caloric Breakdown, Carbs raise a little bit after a quads/hams day.
-Protein: 400 grams
-Carbs: 250 grams
-Fat: 30 grams
Calories: 2870
Off days
-Protein: 400 grams
-Carbs: 150 grams
-Fat: 30 grams
Calories 2470
I do cardio 5 times a week upon waking for 30 minutes at low intensity
I'm wondering if my calories are high enough to still build some lean muscle while shredding fat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
