PLEASE HELP! 4 days to weigh-in and 2kgs off to go

I have a weigh-in on Friday night for a judy tournament - and am 2kgs (approx 4lbs) away from my goal. I have been dieting for two weeks and have lost 2.8kgs. I now seem to be stuck - I am doing a "competition diet" ie. protein and greens only (with 2 protein drinks b4 and after training) and have increased my cardio. I have been stuck since friday (3 days ago) - I did 2 protein only days (one with cardio and one without) nothing seems to have moved. I am now getting desparate as I HAVE to make this tournament in order to go national.

Can anyone help me with "drying out" do I cut my water on Wednesday or Thursday and what do I do with my food - should I go protein only again - should I get into the sauna - should I increase my cardio??????

If anyone is on I would VERY much appreciate your help.

someone correct me if I am wrong but..Coffee is a Diuretic , Ie will help you loose water weight ...That means you will have to lose .5 of a kilo , 1lbs every day..Ouch. Well I think someone on here with weight loosing knowledge could maybe help... I mean people who are pre - comp do something the last 3- 4 days usually..Im sure someone will post it.
 
relax 4lbs in 48hrs isn't that big of a deal, used to have to do that shit when I wrestled all the time, sauna did the trick for me, x lax, and if need be make your own sauna, plastic wrap around the abs up to your pecs and around your thighs. If I was really in a bind I'd drink yeast water when I was hungry the day of the weigh in you'll "feel" like you just ate a 7 course meal. Not really the healthiest methods but hey you're down to the wire you need to do whats going to work. Then all depending when you have to compete in relation to when you weigh in start rehydrating yourself. I usually had a couple hrs pending on weight class after weigh ins before I'd have my 1st match so I would be hitting the water.
 
Thanx curlingcadys - weigh-in is on friday night 6pm - comp is on sat so I will be having carb-up meal on friday night and rehydrating sat 'til comp time - need the energy for the comp. should i start drying out on the wed or thurs before the weigh-in? and pardon my igonorance but what is x-lax?

well it all depends in reality if you get up at a decent time friday morning you could lose the weight before you weigh in however thats pushing it and very unhealthy (I miss read the thread title I thought you only had 2 days), I'd x-lax it thursday if you need to and do some serious sweat sessions all week till weigh in. You could do sauna meathods but being you have time do several cardio sessions. A couple a day, really sweat it up though. Limit your water intake. And x-lax is a laxative, it makes you shit. I wouldn't use it if I had to compete the same day as weigh in for obvious reasons but you have plenty of time between. So the keys that worked well for me at the last minute, SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT AND POOP POOP POOP.
 
X-lax is a laxative, it means it makes you have bowl movements. Have fun.

you'll do good with the weight loss you have a fair amount of time, imagine if you spaced out the weight you need to be at and discovered your overweight hours before weigh in...Now thats a bitch. One of my last comps. I decided the night before I wanted to drop a weight class but I had 8lbs to lose in just shy of 24hrs, I had an overnight between weigh in and match time otherwise I wouldn't have done it. Talk about destroying your body hehehe, but I did it. It wasn't fun not even a little bit but I did it. It sounds like this comp. means a lot to ya so you'll do what it takes, you'll be fine. If you know any heart patients or if you have a cool doctor, then ask him for a couple of Lasix tabs. Take one the night before your weigh-in. They take about 3 hours to finish working.. (make you piss like a race horse). You should piss out 4 lbs with ease. Keep the extra one, just in case you need it the next day. If so, you can take it 3 hours before you weigh in. Make sure you eat a banana or get the doc to give you some K-Lite to drink with them... otherwise you might get some slight muscle cramps. It's not nearly as messy as X-Lax and it's easier on your system. Just be upfront with your doc and it should be no prob to get a couple.

eeeoouu!!! the whole episode sounds messy - but goddammit i'm going to do it. thanx for your help and comments - i will starting pissing and sh-----ing as soon as i can get my hands on the recommended props. i am also looking at increasing my cardio by 15mins per session (2x per day x 45mins currently) - cut out my water - i'm looking at dropping water to 1 litre per day (in the morning and then just sipping rest of the day) does that sound right to you all or should i just have minimal through the day? I will also get in the sauna for as long as I can. thanx again guys.
