I'm a 17 yr old girl, and I want to be a pro wrestler. I graduate in June, and I'm going to a wrestling school to train as soon as I'm done. I'm 5'5, and I was 140 pounds, but I gained 10 pounds in the last month from exercising. This is what I usually do:
Monday- Cardio (run 1 mile, and a cardio kick tape)
Tuesday- Weights
Wednesay- Cardio
Thursday- Weights
Friday- Cardio
Saturday- Cardio
Sunday- Rest
I've noticed a big change in my arms and legs. I use to be kind of..I guess flubby would be the word, and my legs have improved a lot. Theres way more muscle. But the thing is, my mom thinks my legs are FAT! She wants me to stop trying to get muscle, and work on slimming them down, and then working to get muscle. She says all the women wrestlers have tiny legs, and so should I. I don't want to be a wussy woman wrestler, I want to fight like Chyna. And I want to be big, so should I stick with my workout, or slim down and then bulk up? Thanks!
