I realized the other day that my cardio is starting taking away from my muscle mass.. (i am burning too many calories for me to get any bigger) A trainer at my gym suggested that i up my calorie intake. So I started drinking muscle milk in the morning about an hour after breakfast... I also take ON whey post workout and ON cassien before bed... My question is this.. instead of buying the muscle milk and taking that an hour after breakfast, can i just make an ON whey protein or cassien shake instead of the muscle milk? Money is getting tight and its getting hard for me to spend the money on muscle milk when i have these other two protein powders at my house. Thanks
