I've done business with Z for a long time and always went smoothly except for this last time but atleasted he is being a stand up guy and righting his wrongs and plan on doing business with him for a long time. I was so pleased to hear from Uncle Z after so many months of not receiving my order. I gave up hope and out of the blue they contacted me and informed me that they want to resend whatever they owed me. I found very odd after several months keep in mind, I was a value customer ordering many times from them and never had a problem. They kept their word and I just received the order that I placed several months ago. I thank uncle Z for realizing how important the client is. I guess the new Uncle Z realizes that too, to make good on orders they never sent. Thank you for sending my lost orders. Look forward to do business with you like always. Thank you.

resend is real

emailed uncle z about order last summer that i didnt receive and he resent it so the resend is real took a while for him to get ahold of me but he had problems but got the gear and it official great service to Z.

We're working our asses off with this resend campaign , took some rest this easter tho

I'm happy to report that this resend campaign is for REAL!! A little history with my order.....

1st - Snagged by U.S. customs.
2nd - Z resent package. Snagged by customs.
3rd - I paid 1/2 the price of the original package in order for Z to resend. Snagged by customs.
4th - Lost contact with Z and never received another package....until now.....

As all of you guys could imagine, I was pretty pissed that I was out of pocket $800, so when I heard of Z's resend campaign I was somewhat hopefully he was going to try to make things right with me. Once I gave him the history of my order he understood that I was frustrated and completely took full responsibility. He then told me that he was drop dead serious this resend campaign and about not only making things right with me, but with all of his previous clients as well. So I'm here today, happy to report to all of you guys who are waiting to hear about a successful order or all the haters that don't believe in this resend campaign that after a little over a year I have finally received my original order and couldn't be happier. The Z is BACK!!! g2g!!!

Thanks Z, and thank you for going out of your way to not only make things right with me, but everyone else who believed (and still believes) in you.
