Hello folks,

I am new here, and am enjoying the site immensely. I'm 30 and a veteriniarian. As far as my body, it's pretty hot if i do say so myself, but at this point I am trying to get rid of the small fatty areas on my back in the bra strap area, as well as the bit on my sides. BUT I do not want to lose my booty!!! I am a sister in every sense of the word, and I enjoy having something to hold onto. Stop by and give me some advice if you would.

Right now I am simply doing cardio about 4 days a week in the morning and am taking this SlimQuick supplement (I realize most supplements are bs, and this is probably no exception).

excess fat is a result of diet. be sure to check out the nutrition section. maybe we can get you into some lifting too ;). hope to see you in the training section.
