yeah I crave MAD carbs the week before. Try sugar free popsicles, fudgsicles, ice cream, etc...you can'y=t eat it too fast either so you might end up eating less. Klondike slim-a-bears; skinny cows, even Smart Ones makes ice cream products which are low sugar. I even saw Atkins has some ice cream in there. Or just eat low carb versions of the things you are craving (try the Atkins Brand maybe).
