For the past month or so, everytime i work shoudlers and legs i wake up the next morning with red lines which look like poped blood vessels r something(no other explination) on my shoulders... this usually lasts for about a day or two and goes away, untill my next shoulder exercise, i was wondering what this could be if its good, bad, or just something that happens and i should worry?
