For the past month or so, everytime i work shoudlers and legs i wake up the next morning with red lines which look like poped blood vessels r something(no other explination) on my shoulders... this usually lasts for about a day or two and goes away, untill my next shoulder exercise, i was wondering what this could be if its good, bad, or just something that happens and i should worry?

More like blood vessels. Do you use the hack squat machine? I get them sometimes when I am working my calves on it.

yeah thass what is must be, thanks... the poundage is too much for the shoulders?? hmm

It always happens to me when i do any exercise that requires pads on my shoulders (standing calves, legpresses...). Cant be helped and will go away in a day or two.

yeppers, standing calf raise, hack squats...All leave nice marks on my shoulders for 48 hrs...looks like my wife is whipping me or something!

Same deal here. Nothing to worry about.

Happens to me with standing calf raises as well...Also, often bust the blood capillaries around my eyes when I do flat dumbell press on power week... :2punch:

i get em too on standing calf raises....pisses me off, but i do them anyway...not a big deal, certainly nothing to worry about.

poping them is better than pooping them.

Glad I'm not the only one who wasn't sure if the title was POPPING or POOPING. I even thought it might be DOPING. But to your remark we all poop blood cells, thats how we get rid of them.:thumb:
