So basically i have an abscess?

Does the site even have a head on it? If it doesn't than its probably not an abscess. What I see a lot is cellulitis, which is a skin infection but nothing like staph. If its swollen, red and hot to touch then theres a good chance its cellulitis. You may have pushed the oils in too fast or too much in 1 area. Why you shooting it in you tri's anyways? Asimple round of antibiotics will kill the cellulitis (providing thats what it is).

Bro, first off u should really calm down... spazzing out and going crazy aint gonna help you at all!! just chill out before you start performing open tricept surgery on yourself with a steak knife!! Things like this happen a lot of the time with gear, it doesn't just mean youre fucked with staph! Those types of things are so rapid you would have woke up the next day with lump and probably not been able to move your arm if it was that serious. You just need some more experience I guess..
