What's up, my fellow ironmongers. First of all, this is my 1st year of competing. 2 weeks ago I did my second and final competition of the year. But summer is around the corner and I want to hold on to the majority of my conditioning. Between the 2 contests, I dieted/trained balls out for about 20 weeks. I've been recommended to 'take it easy for a few weeks' before going hard again. The question is, what is 'easy' for us? What type of diet/training should I be doing prior to bulk season (september)?

I'm no expert on that so wait for Built or Funk to respond or something, but since you just competed at a contest you are presumably at very low (sub 5%) bodyfat levels. That's fine for a day or two for competition, but it is unhealthy to sustain that for any period of time. You will need to eat above maintenance and put on a couple of pounds of fat until you are back around the 7% area which while still lean is far more healthy.
