So the quick version of the story is that I just got done having surgery on my left shoulder for missing cartilage. I will not be able to do any kind of heavy lifting (or even moderate lifting) with it for at least six months.
With that in mind, I'm looking for ideas on what to do for the coming months. All I've got so far is leg curls and extensions, maybe try pistols. Cardio on a bike or stairclimber.
Any other ideas for legs or one armed upper body?
