Hey guys i was wondering if its okay to drink a protein shake or other such type of drink after working out and then get home ( approx 10-20 mins later) mix up my BSN cell mass and drink it. or do you think that drinking a protein shake then going home and making up my cell mass and drinking it wouldnt be as good as if i took it on a complete empty stomach or does the shake not matter with this prob..:bulb:
