Post Workout Nutrition Help!!

I wakeup at 3am to go and workout at the gym at 4am. I drink my pre workout shake before I leave home. The problem I may be having is Post Workout. After I workout I leave the gym about 5:30am (after I get all cleaned up for work) and have to report into work at 6:15am. I've been drinking a packet of Lean Mass Matrix from Pro Lab right now after workout but I kinda want to get away from all the protein shakes all day long.
I work on the road all day as a road call mechanic and I'm constantly in a service truck. Any recommendations?

Yea, scramble some eggs and eat it with some russet red potato's.. the whites are fast absorbing, and you cant beat some good fried taters. Throw em in a tupperware and microwave them at the gym in the break room. Im sure they wont mind.

Add some veggies, a drizzle of olive oil, a little low-fat shredded cheese, maybe some ham if you wanted, and yum.

Good ideas. I have a microwave in my break room at work which I can hit up before I start my shift and eat. I greatly appriciate the help. :thumbs:
 
um.........pack a healthy meal the night before and put it in a cooler.....and you can eat it on the road.
