Hi,
I have been doing weight training for about 6 months now and am looking to increase my protein intake now in a bid to further reduce my body fat.
I weigh 182lb, and my body fat percentage is 24....How much protein do I need to be taking daily? How much protein is safe to take immediately post workout? At the moment I am taking 20g in the form of a protein bar....Is this anywhere near enough? I am getting around 150g of protein daily at the moment.
If anyone can give me any advice, I'd be most grateful.
