I'm curious as of seeing what supplements everyone here takes. Post up your supplements!:rocker:
 
year round i take the following. this week I toned it down alot as far as doses are concerned.

AAKG: 4g 3 times a day(wake,post,bed)
glutamine: 5g 4 times a day_wake.pre.post,bed)
fish oil caps: 6 caps twice daily(pre,bed)
BCAA powder: 10g 3 times a day(bed,pre,post)
creatine monohydrate: 5g 2 times a day(pre, post)
taurine: 5g 2 times a day(pre,post)
whey protein: 2 scoops = 45g protein, ( 2 scoops, 3 x a day)
casein(30-40g at bed)
flax seed. 2 tbsp a day
animal pak vitamin, 2 paks a day
 
Nice stack you have there.

Mine is just: Multi vitamin, fish oil caps, whey, and BCAAs
 
just whey protein... before and after workout and before bedtime everyday..

L-glutamine
 
San V12 Turbo twice a day on workout days, once on off days
Multivitamin- one or two a day
Fish Oil- one or two per day
Cod Liver Oil caps- two a day
ON 100% Whey- always 1 (2 scoops) after a workout

That's all, at the moment.

Homemade weight gain shake before bed

im thinking on taking the 3 together anabolic-matrix, leanfuel extreme,maximumpump and a good whey protien.does anybody see a problem with this?I allready take a fishoil and a multivitiman,also any sugg. on a wheyprotien
 
i say no to the lean because its a fat burner and ur gona take it with a test and craetinep product? why?

hey dontsurfonmyturf I dont know. thats the the reason im asking for advice.advise me why not,im new at this. still any suggestions on a good whey
 
i also read in amagazine to burn fat & gain muscle is to take athermo & a creatine plus a whey I have a lot of fat to get rid of and while im doing this I thought I would take the anabolic to gain muscle and get strong as I can get
