Is there a way you can check to see if you have a good posture by doing specific exercises and determining whether or not you can do them with relative ease or any kind of stretching or activities that can test you? I am just curious.

I don't know, but since I started doing dead lifts again mine is better and I seem to be more aware of it.

People constantly remark on my posture (kind of weird actually) saying that it's really good (usually just adults though). I'm pretty darn sure it's from deadlifts, farmers walks and pretty much anything that requires you to keep your shoulders back and head up. I'd say that, if you normally sit down how you would deadlift, you probably have a good posture.

regular stretching will give you great posture. ever since i started taking jiu jitsu, the stretches we do before class and the way we sit during it, makes my posture 100x better in every day life.

You can have someone take pictures of you from various angles in minimal clothing. You can then better asses your posture.
