I don't want to go buy another casein protein supplement...I'm thinking about it but I'd rather not.
Is whey ok before bed? Or how about another lean protein source? (chicken, tuna, etc.)
I also hate hate hate cottage cheese and don't have red meat readily available to me very frequently. Would eating whey or a lean protein like I listed above hinder my gains at all? (trying to slowly bulk)
