This my be a stupid question BUT.. Is it ok to premix my Whey? sometimes I make my shake then forget it at home, so i end up making another. Is it ok for me to drink it later, even the next morning?
Also is it ok to eat the same exact meals every day (dieting)? Should i switch it up every other day/week?
