Pre w/o meal for people that hit the gym in the morning

ok, i work out in the morning (at the gym around 5:30am)
i've decided to split my breakfast up into more or less two parts and to eat more of it AFTER i finish up at the gym. somehow a scoop of whey and a banana does seem to be sufficient refueling.

here's what i usually have for breakfast before working out (i'm bulking btw):
Pre-WO Meal
1 whole egg, 3-4 whites
1/2 grapefruit or orange or apple (some kind of fruit)
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 piece of toast w/natty pb
1 scoop of whey

Post-WO meal
1 scoop of whey
1 piece of fruit

here's what i'm thinking about doing now:
Pre-WO meal
the eggs
1/2 the fruit
1 scoop of whey

Post-WO Meal
the oatmeal
the bread w/pb
the other 1/2 of the fruit
1 scoop of whey


does this look good? yea yea i know i should do what works best for me, but i want to know of these items what would be best for my workout to eat before and what would be best to eat after my workout.

p.s. i take ground flax seed with the oatmeal and fish pills too for EFAs
 
I think its better. Having all that food before I worked out would sure make me feel bloated, not to mention, I wont be hungry when I come home from the gym.

I am sure this goes without saying, but whatever you change, keep the whey.
