My wife and I share. Whatever I happen to buy she takes. Right now it ntkts only because of the sale. Otherwise I'd never buy anything with that name on it.

Is this a serious question? Why would gender matter? You're not talking about hormones.
Yes this is a serious question I thought their might be a major differance, like a female prob would not want to be loading up on creatine....

Not really enough creatine in most pw to be considered loading up on it, even so there is no reason a female can't or shouldn't use creatine unless any weight gain is unwanted.

Like dave said there is no other side effects of creatine besides some water weight. So it's personal preference but not a decision where gender is a factor. A guy could be shredded for summer and decide to skip creatine because of extra bloat. Has nothing to do with gender. Just like caffeine, taurine, aakg....and other pre workout ingredients are simply the preference of an individual (man or woman).

Ty Sherk and Push and Pull....

lol@ anything ntbm showing up on this board....

honestly? I really just like bcaa's and might have abused some albuterol in the past preworkout. I like scivations extend for flavor for bcaas..some of them really taste like absolute ass.

most of the stim stuff makes me useless to lift though.
Creatine puts PAINFUL water weight on me personally.

sorry I missed this until now.

Maximum Pump Extreme is the most complete pre-training blend on the market. Users have commonly reported increased pumps, power, energy, stamina and mental focus. The cell volumizing effects coupled with the immediate feeling of energy gives users the increased ability for higher workloads and prepares your mind and body to do battle with the iron.

Maximum Pump Extreme also increases blood flow, oxygen transport, and the delivery of nutrients to skeletal muscle during resistance training. This results in dramatic increases in muscle size, vascualrity, recovery and strength. Maximum Pump Extreme also possesses thermogenic and diuretic properties to help facilitate a lean, dry, hard look.

Cramps? I use a homemade blend of sugar free electrolytes, taurine and aminos that I start sipping on the way to the gym.
