Prefered BF for a cycle

What would the prefered BF% be to commence a cycle?
Also how do you work out your current BF%??????
 
Around 10-12% I would say.

The higher the BF, the higher risk you have at gyno and usually higher BF means your diet isn't in check (not always true however)
 
I completely disagree with the concept of a specific bf % one needs to attain in order to run a cycle.

Personal goals can vary. For instance, someone looking to gain huge amounts of weight and strength for powerlifting would have a different viewpoint of where they would "need" to be before starting a cycle.
 
Well for my first cycle I was at like 15% and after 12 weeks I was at 10-11%. So it's possible to cycle at a higher body fat if you are strict with diet and cardio and still make strength gains. I guess it depends on your goals as mentioned above.
 
Annywhere around 15%,higher than that you have to lower it the natural way...

I encourage it for the reason that we usually see less sides in someone with a lower bodyfat percentrage.
