Did bysepts today. 90lb weighted chins, concentrated curls, cable curls, rope curls, finished with drop sets. Got a great pump. Feeling good. Enjoying this high test. Iv been working 60hr a week and still getting in my workouts. Without test I don't think I would have the energy or drive to do it!
 
Killing chest today! Doing heavy one rep presses. Focusing on stopping at my chest and pausing. Feel great! Npp, Test, dbol is my best cycle for strength. I'm thinking about throwing tren in this last 3weeks. It also helps a lot with my strength.

Finishes with bum bell incline using 65's, 70's and 80's for ten reps. By this time my arms, shoulders and chest are pumped and screaming at me to stop!! So I push out a few more so they know I'm there boss.

They have been good untell I got sick last week. Haven't been in the gym since Monday. Feeling Better now and ready to get back at it! Cycle wise everything is great. Iv had some back issues the past couple months so I haven't been able to hit deads and squats as hard as I'd like, but that's life. I'll be hitting it as hard as I can for the neXt 3 weeks.
 
Back at it after being sick. Chest day.
75lb dumbbell press for 10
90lb dumbbell press for 10
100lb dumbbell press for 10
225lb bench press reps for time (20min). Got 67 reps
Bench press with kettle bells hanging from bands. For stability work!
Short and sweet but a great workout and my chest was blasted!

I know how that goes I'm working around a tendon injury from arm wrestling.I won but in reality I lost because I can barley move my arm.I'm going to try to schedule a dr visit this week for cortizone shot.

I havrnt arm wrestled on years Bc it always hurt my shoulder. I always turn down ppl that ask me to. Hope your shoulder gets better. I'm feeling good now so I'll be making the best of it!
 
Started with seated cable rows, wile waiting on a bar.

Iv had back issues for the past couple months. So this was a good back day got me. Felt good getting some heavy weight up.

Gues I forgot to post Friday. I did squats going up to 405. Felt pretty good. Then finished with leg press. My squats are not where I wish them to be. But all I can do is keep working on them. The workout left me good and sore!
 
Today I did bench. Started with dumbbells wile waiting on a bench.
75lb dumbbells for 10
bench press: 2 plates for 10
3 plates for 4
335 for 1
350 for 1 (new 1rep max)
315 for 3
225 for 9
Finished with dumbbells and push ups.

350 is now my new 1 rep max. I feel good about this. Today was my last heavy bench day befor my meet which is in 11 days.

Ill be about 210lb. And it's a raw meet.

Why was the forum locked the other day? I tried getting on but it said it was locked.
 
Did dead lifts on Wednesday. Along with some heavy rows. My grip is going to hold me back on my deAd lifts. I normally use wrist raps once I get over 400lb but I won't be able to in the meet. Iv been working on it but it still isn't as strong as my back lol.
 
Doing my big three lifts today. About 50% for lots of reps, pausing, doing slow and controlled along with explosive sets. I'll be taking it easy this week. Allowing my muscles to repair and rest before Saturdays meet. Weight has been at 208 for about 2weeks now. Running about 150mg of npp and 800-1000mg of test. 40-50mg dbol pre workout. Feeling good and enjoying my workouts. Iv been working 60hr a week of puhical labor and still getting my weights in. I couldn't do this plus have a family life without test!! It keeps me rolling!! Get out there and kill shit guys.
 
Hit a good workout this morning. Hi reps and a lot of stretching and pauses. This will be the last time I workout untell my Saturday meet. I'm looking forward to it. It will be a fun time and grea texperience. Thanks for all that have watched my log.
